Jason Goins is an Air Force officer and scientific leader whose career spans national security, crisis management, and technical innovation. He has guided teams across disciplines—from nuclear forensics and surveillance operations to strategic planning and policy analysis. As Director of Plans and Programs at Joint Base Anacostia–Bolling, he leads coordination for complex missions that support national and international readiness.
